[Material]
The fabric is woven with cotton nep material (90% cotton) and thick count hemp thread (10% hemp).
By weaving with a rapier loom, the weft threads can be threaded alternately.
As a result, the fluffy Nep and hemp knotting threads
Produces a warm look and a sense of miscellaneous taste close to hand-woven.

Bizen-Ichigo is used for the back of the obi and the sack cloth.
It is woven on a shuttle loom called the Belgian Picanol.
This is the only high-density cotton driving on existing looms, and the technology cultivated by the canvas factory over many years of experience is concentrated.
The finely brushed twill weave material creates toughness and smoothness.
It is also the material that was the basis of school uniforms, and the material was developed at that time to make it durable and comfortable to use throughout the year.

The textiles of that time, which were hidden in the archived materials of the past, have been reproduced in modern times. It is a valuable material.

[SOLID RIGID]
Unwashed-The fabric is [sanforized] (shrink-proof), but shrinks about 3% and 3% when passed through hot water.

Do not use florescent detergents or bleaches.
Gentle natural soap is recommend if laundered.
We recommend hand washing inside out, and drying in a shady spot.
