アーティストが作業着として何年も愛着を持ち、着続けた雰囲気を施しています。絵を描いたり、彫刻を掘ったりする時に着て欲しいと思って考えたアトリエスモックシャツです。ペンキが散ったり、破けたりしても素敵に見えるように、木綿の備後節織という伝統的な生地を使用しています。 備後節織は他の絣に比べて、ボコボコのネップ(節)があるのが特徴で、手織りのような温かみのある素朴な風合いが持ち味です。滝絣という柄で藍糸が贅沢に使われています。
